Description

• Lead JMA’s global HR operations and technology transformation • Redefine the existing strategy and operating model for HR processes • Focus on efficiencies and cost savings • Design, implement, manage, and optimize HR processes and policies • Rationalize HR tech stack including a global HCM system implementation • Formulate and drive the long-term vision and strategy for global HR operations • Evaluate all people related policies • Develop global benefits strategy and admin plans • Develop onboarding program for new hires • Create global training and development strategy

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred • 10+ years of deep knowledge and experience in at least two of the following: Policy Development, Reporting & Analytics, Training & Development, Benefits Strategy, Employee Onboarding, Talent Acquisition
