• EMS Management & Consultants is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager. • Lead proposal development process and manage a dedicated team creating winning proposals. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and oversee all aspects of the proposal lifecycle. • Conduct final reviews and ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably in healthcare, consulting, or a similar industry. • 1+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. • Proven track record of managing and winning complex RFP responses. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in proposal management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
