β€’ As our Sr. Manager of ABM and Integrated Marketing Programs, you will play a pivotal role in our GTM strategy, driving personalized engagement with high-value accounts. β€’ This leader will develop and execute a comprehensive ABX strategy, fostering collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver a seamless, high-impact account experience across the customer lifecycle. β€’ The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for creating meaningful interactions with highly valued customers and prospects.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading strategic integrated demand gen programs or ABM/ABX/PBM programs at high-growth B2B technology companies and 2+ years in leadership roles with people management responsibility. β€’ An entrepreneurial mindset with experience working in a fast-paced SaaS-based startup with the ability to manage ambiguity and lead by doing in addition to leading by delegating. β€’ Proven ability to design, track, and execute ABM/ABX strategies for enterprise companies and has experience laying the groundwork for 7-figure customer relationships. β€’ Deep understanding of account segmentation, messaging personalization, and multi-channel engagement. β€’ A healthy balance between quantitative and qualitative. β€’ A meticulous marketer who rigorously tracks results, OKRs, and KPIs and finds a way to tie programs back to bookings/revenue. β€’ Forward-thinking, growth-minded collaborative partner with strong written and verbal communication skills, accountability, and responsiveness. β€’ Advanced knowledge of demand generation tactics, including digital marketing, field events, and SDR integration - and which strategy/channel to deploy when. β€’ Proficiency with ABM/ABX platforms, management of ABM vendors, and familiarity with GTM tech stack such as Salesforce, SalesLoft and Marketo, which includes advanced attribution reporting.
