🎯 Requirements

β€’ The ideal candidate brings: β€’ 5+ years of operations leadership, including significant SaaS experience β€’ Deep expertise in early-stage startup environments (Seed through Series B) β€’ Proven success scaling customer operations and implementing systems β€’ Strong technical background including Stripe billing expertise β€’ Mastery of customer success platforms (Intercom, Tango) and project management tools β€’ Sharp analytical skills with SQL proficiency β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
