Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or internal PMO roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, high-impact, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes, including cost savings and operational improvements. • Demonstrated success in leading AI or automation initiatives to drive innovation and operational efficiency. • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track metrics and create actionable reports. • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP certification is a plus). • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to success in a fast-paced matrixed environment. • Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and cultural adaptability. • A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
