• The Vice President of Retrieval Operations is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s retrieval operations. • Defines the strategy, vision, and execution plan for the team while maintaining financial discipline and fostering a high-performance culture. • Oversee and manage the day-to-day retrieval operations, ensuring timely execution across retrieval methods. • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to meet or exceed client deliverables. • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Develop a strategic vision for the retrieval operations team and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Identify opportunities for industry excellence and maintain a competitive edge. • Define and implement standard operating procedures for all functional roles within the retrieval operations team. • Manage financial budgets and optimize resource utilization. • Establish and maintain productivity and quality standards for the team. • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. • Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure operational delivery aligns with client expectations. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal standards, and internal policies, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering measurable results. • Strategic thinking and strong decision-making capabilities. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Proficiency in analyzing data to drive operational improvements. • Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise. • Ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve organizational goals. • Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. • Comfortable managing change and navigating complex challenges. • Dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations. • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing requirements. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues. • Meticulous in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of infrastructure configurations and deployments.
