β’ 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles with at least 5 years of experience in process and/or product improvement in a high growth organization, for example: tech, consulting, or other fast moving environments β’ Experience independently owning quantified objectives and hitting hard goals, including identifying/developing key metrics, tying initiatives to key metric improvements, and working both independently and with cross-functional partners to achieve quantifiable goals β’ Demonstrated experience with leading cross-functional teams to stand up, optimize, and scale new processes and systems β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills β’ Proficient with analysis, particularly in Excel /Gsheets. SQL preferred
