• Collaborate with the Commercial Strategy leadership to develop and implement a program-wide commercial strategy. • Serve as the right hand to both department leaders. • Lead or oversee critical projects and initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency within the marketing department. • Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support high-level decision-making. • Liaise between product architecture, ticket operations, pricing, strategy & analytics and other departments. • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Lead and coordinate key commercial strategy-related projects and deliverables from conception through to execution. • Ensure accurate reporting on key sales metrics and KPIs. • Represent VP, Revenue & Yield Management and the VP, Commercial & Operational Strategy as needed for internal meetings. • Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members within the commercial strategy function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 6+ years of experience in commercial strategy or business development within major sporting events. • Portion of professional experience within consulting preferred. • Proven track record in leading large-scale commercial operations and delivering exceptional revenue growth. • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in developing executive-level reports and presentations. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while driving clarity amidst ambiguity. • An understanding of FIFA’s commercial framework and previous experience in international sports events is highly desirable.
