• Establish four new relationships with NMHC Top 50 property managers in 12 months • Prospect and nurture partners through stages of engagement • Grow existing NMHC Top 50 relationships through account management • Uncover new product opportunities using a consultative approach • Drive participation of partners and prospects in various events • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and travel regularly
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years in multifamily real estate • Track record with property operations and C Level decision-makers • Good relationship management skills • Organizational and detail-oriented skills • CRM diligence and timely records maintenance
