Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger (GL), inventory, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, software capitalization, debt, and equity. • Oversee, support, and develop the global accounting team while driving efficiency and automation to meet the demands of our high-growth business. • Lead accurate and timely month-end close and reporting processes, including consolidation, FX revaluation, and translation. • Serve as the technical accounting expert; oversee the development and adoption of accounting policies and processes. • Lead the annual external audit and international statutory audit processes. • Streamline and optimize financial processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active CPA license is highly preferred. • 5+ years of public accounting experience or industry experience. • Hands-on experience with ASC606, ASC 842 and ASC350. • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with lookups, pivot tables, and if-then functions. • Experience with NetSuite implementation, Bill.com, Expensify and Salesforce preferred, but not required. • Proven experience in leading and managing a team. • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams. • Experienced business partner, skilled in building trust and inspiring others. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Time management skills. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and integrity. • Excitement about navigating a hyper-growth, rapidly changing, and sometimes challenging environment.
