Description

• Conduct financial analysis, market research, manage transaction processes. • Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis. • Conduct research on industries to identify potential M&A targets. • Assist in the coordination and execution of due diligence processes. • Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations. • Support integration planning for acquired companies. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a comprehensive view of potential transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, consulting, or related fields, with a focus on M&A. • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. • Strong project management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Desired but not required (not needed for every position) Experience in the Energy and / or SaaS industry is an important plus. • Experience with databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or PitchBook is a plus. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
