• Fully Remote position • Provides education about community resources • Responsible for providing Worklife consultation and informational services • Assesses resource needs, proposes options, and researches potential community service providers • Completes outbound phone calls and research

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience educating individuals/families on various community resources • 1 + year(s) of experience working with the elderly and/or adults with disability populations • 1+ year(s) experience in social work, social services, case management or related field • 1+ year(s) experience with conducting resource needs assessments • Must have access to Broadband or Fiber internet • Must be hard wired into your internet modem • Excellent written communication skills • Excellent verbal communication skills • Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications
