📋 Description
• Responsible for all invoicing for Time & Materials and Cost-Plus contracts. • Ensure timely and accurate creation of invoices. • Supervise team and manage daily workflow. • Review employee expenses and incorporate subcontractor invoices. • Ensure proper collection of labor costs and monitor invoice submission.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance related field. • Minimum of 5 years of billing experience. • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. • Ability to interact professionally with clients and vendors. • High attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills. • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills. • Ability to work well with the team and independently. • Effectively provide change management where necessary.
