• Interested in joining a growing company where you will work with talented colleagues, enhance a supportive and energetic culture, and be part of the climate solution? • At Energy Solutions, we focus on the big impacts. • We believe that market-based programs can be a powerful force to deliver large-scale energy, carbon, and water-use savings. • Energy Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Manager for our Business Services department. • Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Client Services, the person filling this role must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong data analysis capability, and a natural problem solver mindset with a high level of accountability and commitment to excellence. • Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices in six different locations. • Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field   • A minimum of 10 years of work experience including at least 5 years in a supervisory and leadership capacity   • Experience in strategy and planning for a mid-size company with demonstrated command of roles with increasing responsibility   • Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to anticipate risk and develop risk mitigation strategy proposals   • Significant experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or Utility technologies concepts, practices, and procedures  • Demonstrated ability to lead within a matrix structure and manage teams comprised of both direct and indirect resources  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and possess demonstrated customer service understanding   • Solid financial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and maximizing profitability  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of adapting style to different audiences and stakeholders, both internally and externally  • Problem solver with a hands-on approach and the ability to anticipate adverse scenarios with thoughtful solutions to address them  • Ability to make quick decisions and generate buy-in from leadership team members  • Ability to conceptualize and execute deadline driven projects with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize multiple and competing projects  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a sense of urgency and bias for action  • Strong leadership record demonstrating the ability to grow and influence highly effective teams  • High level proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to communicate, develop presentations and perform analysis  • Ability to travel for business  (approximately 1x/quarterly)
