📋 Description

• Frequent travel (approximately 25%- 50%) including overnight stays is required • Senior Performance Engineer is the primary technical project developer within the northeast region • Responsible for understanding the technical needs and wants of a customer • Conducts in depth site surveys to identify mechanical and operating inefficiencies within a facility • Analyzes utility bills and financials • Facilitates adequate communication among the internal team, sub-contractors, and customers • Performs energy savings, calculations, and feasibility analysis of recommendations • Creates financial models based on parameters given by the customer • Coordinates with Account Executive and Project Manager to develop and present proposals • Identifies and works with subcontractors and consultants for project installation • Approves equipment before ordering to ensure estimates and on time delivery • Evaluates risk associated with technical feasibility, constructability, and costs • Maintains full technical understanding of energy and facility operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an ABET accredited or equivalent Engineering program • 10 years engineering experience • Professional Engineer license and at least one (1) certification from the following field: CEM CMVP Any LEED Certification NEBB TAB Any ASHRAE Certification
