Description

• Energy Vault® enables a sustainably energized world by providing renewable energy solutions. • The QA QC Field Engineer leads and manages field quality assurance and engineering for BESS projects. • Ensures engineering and quality processes meet regulatory standards and align with project goals. • Acts as the primary liaison between field operations, engineering teams, and stakeholders. • 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full-time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical or Civil) or equivalent experience. • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in engineering, quality assurance, or project management, with at least 1 years of PV or BESS project experience. • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, engineering standards, and industry regulations. • Proven experience in managing field operations. • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus. • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles relevant to BESS projects, field operations, and quality assurance practices. • Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the field. • Willingness to travel extensively (100% of the time). • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required. • Comfortable in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments. • A passion for sustainability, our mission, and our vision is a bonus!
