Description

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. • Actively manage the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of Enertiv’s solutions. • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and upselling, contributing to an increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). • Regularly assess client needs and feedback, acting as the “voice of the client” to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement. • Conduct at least 5 strategic client meetings per week, aimed at understanding their challenges and aligning Enertiv’s solutions with their goals. • Provide technical leadership and support throughout the sales process, collaborating closely with the sales team for proposal development and demonstrations. • Lead the resolution of any client issues or concerns, ensuring timely and effective outcomes. • Collaborate with the Product & Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and influence the development of new features and improvements. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or environmental); advanced degree preferred. • 2 to 5 years of experience in technical consulting, sales engineering, solutions engineering, software implementation, or onboarding. • Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level. • Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable. • Familiarity with building science, systems, controls, and new technologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset. • Excellent collaboration and team-working abilities. • Tech-savvy with a passion for technological innovation and industry impact. • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
