Requirements

β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused attitude β€’ Ability to present ideas and strategies to senior leadership and clients β€’ Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service β€’ Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions β€’ Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals β€’ Effective time management to meet deadlines and achieve targets β€’ Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships β€’ Experience in developing and executing sales strategies β€’ In-depth understanding of the industry and market in which the organization operates β€’ Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities β€’ Ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
