β’ The Tooling Division Director, North America holds the responsibility for directing the growth and profitability of the Walter Tooling portfolio in North America (Greenfield, Drillco, Triumph & Walter). β’ Leading, developing, and inspiring the Tooling Sales Team. β’ Working with the Walter North American sales team, distributor network, agency group and internal sales resources to achieve maximum results. β’ Fostering strong and effective relationships with key partners such as National Accounts, House Accounts, OEM customers and buying groups to ensure long-term and sustainable sales growth. β’ As a Tooling expert, lead the Tooling Portfolio cross-selling mission by actively taking part in conversion opportunities and strategic customer presentations.
β’ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Desire to motivate and inspire. β’ Strong collaborator and teamwork advocate. β’ Computer literate including Microsoft Office and CRM database. β’ Able to travel cost effectively throughout North America as much as 50% of the time. β’ Expertise in and ability to implement concepts, practices and procedures pertaining to assigned field and responsibilities.
