📋 Description

• We are a leading global manufacturer and supplier of food service packaging and disposable products. • Location Remote • We’re seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our social media and content strategy. • You will direct what gets posted, when, and why—working closely with leadership to craft a cohesive brand voice and marketing direction. • This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter with initiative, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills. • Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage content strategy across all social media platforms. • Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media posts and campaigns. • Direct the creative vision and tone of all public-facing content. • Coordinate and manage a bi-weekly podcast: create agendas, communicate with guests, and oversee episode planning. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align messaging. • Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to assist with content creation and ideation. • Ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management. • Proficient with ChatGPT or similar AI content tools. • Comfortable using Slack and Google Workspace for daily communication and task management. • Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding and audience engagement. • Bonus Points • Experience hosting or producing podcasts. • Prior work in the food service or packaging industry. • Design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
