📋 Description
• Proactively help Account Executives define what Entri products and features are useful for various accounts and business use cases • Join calls with existing and prospective customers • Respond to support inquiries via Slack and Email • Own the technical aspects required to win various accounts, and take responsibility for driving all technical aspects of a deal forward • Act as a critical liaison between Sales and Product; sharing market feedback with the Product & Engineering team
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of APIs and web development concepts • Intermediate level in javascript • Comfortable with basic data analysis • Excellent communication skills and customer-facing capabilities • Ability to parse complex business requirements and questions from enterprise-size companies • Ability to work cross-functionally between sales and engineering teams • 3+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering role • Nice to have: Experience with domains and DNS • Experience at fast-moving startups and high-growth companies
