Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Support Engineer who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our platform with our clients’ existing systems. • This individual will not only interface with clients to provide technical assistance and support but will also be an integral part of the product development team. • They will assist with data integration, troubleshoot platform and data issues, and contribute development work to support client integrations. • Our diverse team of designers, technologists, and creatives are on a mission to power sustainable business model transformation across fashion retail and beyond. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, data integration, or software development. • 1+ years of experience with a major programming or scripting language. • Knowledge of API design, RESTful web services, and data transformation techniques. • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL data store technologies • A self-starter with a strong desire to increase efficiencies on a cross-functional team. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a client-focused approach. • Understanding of security protocols, standards, and compliance • Ability to interpret system logs and identify patterns or anomalies.
