📋 Description

• Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing, the Value Stream Manager will have end-to-end responsibility of supply, from source selection to supply assurance for final assembly and aftermarket. • The Value Stream Manager is the orchestrator of all that assures supply of products and services while balancing customer needs and EOS’s financial performance. • Play a key role in structuring resiliency, agility and sustainability in his / her value stream. • Formulate and implement the Value Stream’s comprehensive sourcing strategy that supports the program’s and company’s objectives, delivering on cost, on quality and on time to the program objectives. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms for enduring and fruitful relationships with key suppliers. • Oversee and manage the total acquisition activities and associated costs of the Value Stream’s materials and services. • Contribute ideas, solutions and improvements to assure optimal levels of inventory are achieved, and logistics costs managed efficiently. • Define and manage short and longer term supply assurance processes and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, in fast-paced aerospace environments, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong critical thinking and execution skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and solutions. • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and risk management. • Hands-on experience of NPI in a supply chain context for high growth, high complexity programs, with a history of solid cross functional collaboration and a customer centric mindset, both with external and internal customers. • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of developing high-performing teams. • Commitment to sustainability and experience in implementing sustainable supply chain practices.
