📋 Description
• Drive operational changes and set up procedures and systems. • Delegate and empower team members. • Build partnerships with vendors and internal departments. • Coach new recruits and inspire team members. • Conduct regular performance assessments and recognize team members. • Mentor team members and supervise work processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Develop new tools, implement processes, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 10 years of hands-on domain experience performing analytics for solar PV or battery energy storage. • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure. • Experience with containerized and cluster management such as Kubernetes and Docker. • Proficiency in Python programming, Jupyter Notebook environment, and SQL language. • Proficiency in R programming. • Experience with Reporting platforms and generating PDFs from code using programs like LaTeX and reportlabs. • Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Influx, and Cassandra. • Experience using machine learning for data processing. • Strong computer skills with in-depth familiarity with big data analytics.
