Description

• A Recruiter is responsible for managing the initial stages of the Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process. • This role is responsible for building a robust talent pipeline and navigating the seamless transition from candidate identification to hire. • Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies. • Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits. • Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels. • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates. • Create and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates. • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Two years of healthcare recruiting experience; experience recruiting within the federal space preferred. • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role. • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization. • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time. • Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience. • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers. • Affect or change others' positions and opinions. • Engage effectively in dialogue.
