Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering management or technical leadership: Track record of successfully managing cross-functional engineering teams in a backend and frontend-focused environment. • Technical expertise in backend and frontend systems: Hands-on experience with scalable API design, frontend frameworks, distributed systems, and CI/CD practices. • Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Strong organizational skills: Ability to plan, resource, and manage projects effectively, coordinating with leadership to align team efforts with leadership goals.
