Description

• The Epiq Contracts Solutions practice is looking for an experienced CLM Senior Project Manager to lead CLM implementations, consulting and strategy projects. • This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management activities for CLM engagements, including current-state assessments, designing future-state processes, vendor selections, and implementations. • Serve as a subject matter expert in CLM, supporting all aspects of the implementation lifecycle and ensuring strategic alignment for successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in CLM consulting, legal operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record in CLM project leadership. • Deep expertise in CLM platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, Malbek, ContractPodAi) and contract management processes. • Strong project management skills with experience managing large-scale, complex CLM projects from start to finish. • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with GenAI capabilities within CLM platforms. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and CLM solutions. • Ability to assess and map current processes, identify gaps, and design scalable, future-ready CLM solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong leadership and client relationship management skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional value.
