• Lead development of tracking and fusion algorithms for autonomous systems. • Build decentralized algorithms for multi-agent tracking. • Work on innovative tactical mission autonomy technologies. • Collaborate with engineers on cutting-edge military solutions. • Contribute to designing military tactical systems using AI and advanced algorithms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related engineering field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing tracking and fusion software. • Experience processing sensor measurements from Optical Sensors, RF Sensors, Radar, Lidar. • Experience with Kalman Filter, Particle Filter. • Proficient in modern C++ and Python. • Strong programming skills, clean code principles, and memory management. • Experience in Docker and using Linux-based operating systems. • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. • Must be willing to travel as projects require. • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. SECRET security clearance.
