β€’ Help organizations improve ROI by using synthetic populations to simulate the impact of strategies and interventions for critical business decisions β€’ Execute against sales and marketing strategies β€’ Refine the sales motion as the company grows into new verticals β€’ Build trust-based relationships with prospects β€’ Understand buyer's perspective and pain points to offer tailored solutions β€’ Prioritize providing value and solving problems over simply pushing a product β€’ Focus on long-lasting business relationships β€’ Cultivate relationships resulting in sales and closing deals β€’ Build client relationships within a specific vertical β€’ Prospect, develop, and close business β€’ Inform marketing and product decisions based on customer feedback β€’ Increase the total number of qualified opportunities β€’ Work closely with leadership, marketing, data science, and engineering teams β€’ Be a steward of the Epistemix brand

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS required β€’ 8+ years of field sales experience preferred β€’ 5+ years of experience focused on generating new business with enterprise accounts β€’ Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships β€’ Closed sales quota of $1M+ of ARR per year β€’ Experience and proven track record of selling data, analytics, and services β€’ Ability to explain complex solutions to decision makers β€’ New business sales focus β€’ Excellent communicator, presenter, and relationship manager β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment β€’ Self-aware, curious, and driven β€’ Ability to understand how data, simulation, machine learning, and AI are complementary β€’ Computer, printer, and cell phone capabilities β€’ Professionalism and appropriate decorum β€’ Maintain a professional physical image β€’ Familiarity with HubSpot, MS Office, Keynote, Zoho, Slack, Monday, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google software
