β’ Identify and engage potential customers within the US West Coast Market, focusing on enterprise and digital-native organizations. β’ Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate target markets and drive revenue growth. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within the industry. β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and align with Mactores' capabilities. β’ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies and offerings. β’ Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer requirements. β’ Drive sales initiatives, forecast revenue, and track performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. β’ Represent Mactores at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT consulting & services industry. β’ Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities, particularly within the enterprise and digital-native sectors. β’ Strong industry connections and network within the US West Coast Market. β’ Deep understanding of the data analytics space, including trends, technologies, and best practices. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. β’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend events, and represent Mactores.
