🎯 Requirements

• Passion for and experience in data-driven sustainability analysis • A Master's degree in Environmental Science/Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred • 4 to 7 years of applied professional experience in life cycle assessment/embodied carbon analyses • Background in environmental science, engineering, economics, policy analysis, or a related field • Demonstrated ability to apply life cycle assessment through work experience • Preferred experience with environmental product declarations and product category rules for construction materials • Experience working directly with clients • Experience organizing and leading small teams • Familiarity with a wide range of data sources relevant to environmental and policy analysis • Well-developed problem-solving, systems thinking, and critical thinking skills • Able to formulate solutions to poorly structured problems • Highly motivated and detail-oriented • Energized by working as part of a team • Strong computer skills relevant to data manipulation and experience with LCA software • Skilled communicator with ability to present complex information
