• Minimum 5 years as a sales leader with experience managing Customer markets and driving growth • Strong industry knowledge in mining, heavy and light industries, or related sectors • A strategic dealmaker who knows how to identify opportunities and turn them into wins • Proven ability to successfully manage customer accounts at a senior level while still being prepared to deal with the plant operator at a low level is also essential • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to growing market share • Leadership and negotiation skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders • Excellent track record of sales planning, new product launches, market analysis and budget management • Experience with CRM systems
