• Account Executives are Ernest’s business representatives in the market. • You work closely with external partners and internal teams to identify, bid, and secure new work. • You are responsible for leading the process to build new relationships and grow business units. • You will be the first point of contact with our business and play a critical role in establishing our brand.
🎯 Requirements
• >5 years of relevant business development, sales, or construction experience • Experience working for a fast growing start up • Eager to seek out, find business opportunities and close them • Understanding of local and regional market and players is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Experience with the Construction, HVAC/Mechanical or Electrical trades is a plus • Desire to go beyond expectations
