Description
• Account Executives at Ernest grow business through relationships and bid management. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from precon through closeout. • Collaborate with estimating department to present bids.
Requirements
• >5 years of relevant business development, sales, or construction experience • Eager to seek out, find business opportunities and close them • Understanding of local and regional market and players is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Experience with the Construction, HVAC/Mechanical or Electrical trades is a plus • Desire to go beyond expectations
