Description

• The Strategic Account Manager will be a key member of the company’s client facing strategy. • Conducting regularly scheduled calls and presentations to review business performance. • Experience increasing services or technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies. • Using customer feedback to monitor service levels, identifies problems and revenue growth potential. • Effectively interacting with internal departments to support the customer base. • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities. • Responsible for Account Management cross-sell Quota.

Requirements

• 5+ years of working in Customer experience • Client 1st mentality • Hero mentality – I am here for the client • Record of Maintaining Clients and reducing Churn • Sales Engineering, Account Management or Business Development experience is a must • Great Team Player • 10+ years of working in Customer experience • “Outside-the-Box” thinker and someone who can “Pivot” • Demonstrates leadership qualities • Serves as a key contributor in developing and testing new processes and procedures
