Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or customer success within the technology or SaaS industry • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment • Willingness to hustle, roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our partners in order to hit monthly and quarterly revenue, retention, and renewal targets • Ability to think strategically and analyze customer needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve • Demonstrate time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on impact • Strong communicator, and comfortable with having significant phone and video call time with customers for relationship management • Passionate about building relationships, particularly with small businesses • Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment
