Description

• Develop professional relationships with clients to enhance their online presence • Maintain customer relationships and drive revenue growth and retention • Promote and sell additional marketing and website services • Assess and ensure quality standards of website and marketing services • Facilitate client onboarding and ensure a smooth go-live process • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions • Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts • Identify and mitigate retention risks • Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge

Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success. • 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred. • Experience working with a CRM preferred • Excellent Time management and Organizational skills • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude • Ability to type 45 wpm. • Ability to multitask efficiently. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
