Description

• Develop professional relationships with clients • Guide clients in increasing their online presence • Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and promoting services • Perform monthly reporting calls with clients • Manage accounts focusing on revenue growth and retention • Assess and monitor website and marketing services • Promote and support additional marketing services • Handle customer comments and provide solutions • Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts • Identify retention risk and work to eliminate it • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience • 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred • Experience working with a CRM preferred • Excellent Time management and Organizational skills • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude • Ability to type 45 wpm • Ability to multitask efficiently • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
