• eSimplicity is a modern digital services company that works across government. • Leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical projects. • Ensuring alignment with customer needs and managing product lifecycles. • Working closely with stakeholders to manage product strategies and roadmaps. • Proactively identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and provide regular updates.
🎯 Requirements
• All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government. • 4+ years of project/product management experience along with 3+ years of Government contracting experience. • Experience working with Databricks or similar Data Platform tool. • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). • Strong experience in product management, including managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Project management experience with high attention to detail. • Experience managing a team of engineers and engaging with product teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to understand product strategy and ensure it is implemented properly. • Ability to dive deeply into a technical product and assess whether it meets requirements. • Code management/collaboration experience (key tools include Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise).
