📋 Description
• Act as a lead for Esri Canada technical support staff to ensure effective support of strategic marketing, sales, and service initiatives. • Provide demos, proof-of-concept application prototypes, and other supporting content and communications. • Manage the delivery of resources to showcase benefits of implementing Esri technology. • Guide and mentor members of the Technical Marketing team. • Maintain a repository of demonstration information related to public facing and internal demonstration content. • Manage the Esri Canada ArcGIS Online organization to promote collaboration of online content. • Develop expertise in new enterprise technologies to support and train technical staff.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience with Esri technology in a collaborative, multi-jurisdiction environment. • Deep knowledge of the Esri technology including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro and related technologies. • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills. • Strong customer service orientation. • Strong interpersonal skills / relationship building. • Outstanding presentation, communication skills and desire to communicate the Esri story. • Creative nature and interest in creating awareness for Esri technology and GIS in general. • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to meet tight timelines. • To train (coach) individual team unit members to perform to the maximum of their ability and to co-ordinate the progressive skill development and cross training of employees. • Time management and project planning skills and experience. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Good problem solving and negotiation abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills.
