📋 Description

• Esri Canada has an exceptional opportunity for a Training Operations Specialist to join our National Training Department • The Training Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the operation and administration of Esri Canada’s National Training program • This position involves managing business requirements and ensuring the consistent delivery of training projects • The specialist will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify client requirements, assess project scope, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of training initiatives • The role includes proactive client interaction to facilitate new training sales and collaboration with the Regional Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the client experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 year’s experience supporting a training delivery organization • Familiar with Esri Canada products • Computer skills: Proficient with the entire suite of MS Office 365 • Proficient with Adobe Pro or other PDF editing software • Familiarity with Internet and using / navigating websites • Community College diploma or University degree in a related discipline • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and positive attitude • Customer focused with an aptitude for negotiation • Experience with Learning Management System or Training management system • Flexibility to adapt to changing processes • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem solving and organizational skills • Ability to work well under pressure with a strong aptitude to multi-task in order to meet tight deadlines • Bonus points for this position: Bilingual (French and English) writing and speaking skills.
