• Referent*in bei Kund*inne nfortbildungen wie z.B. Gesundheitstage, Cast-FOBs etc. • Durchführung von Schulungen rund ums Praxismanagement bei A-Kund*innen • Training bei Homecare und Handelskund*innen in Abstimmung mit Linemanager *in • Unterstützung in Sprechstundenbedarf-relevanten Themen • Unterstützung bei operativen Kundenthemen in Abstimmung mit Linemanager *in • Kooperation und Unterstützung mit den Healthcare Market Manager*innen • Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben erfolgen gewissenhaft und regelmäßig im vorgegebenen Zeitrahmen wie z.B. Spesen, CRM, Power BI
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen mit Weiterbildung zur Praxismanager*in • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit in allen hierarchischen Ebenen und unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen überzeugend und authentisch zu kommunizieren und zu präsentieren • Hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen, Selbstorganisation und Eigenmotivation sowie gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb wünschenswert • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft • Kenntnisse in den MS Office Programmen sowie CRM
