Requirements

• Previous experience in renewable energy project finance and/or tax equity structuring for a developer, investor, lender, advisor or comparable experience\n• Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills\n• Knowledge of financing due diligence process\n• Working knowledge of Tax Equity, Transferability, and Debt Financing\n• Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to solving problems\n• Must be a team player willing to step out of comfort zone and remain adaptable.
