Description

• Support the FP&A Director and VP of Finance in the execution of forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial planning • Develop and maintain detailed financial models in Excel and Anaplan to support scenario analysis, business planning, and decision-making • Prepare financial reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders, including board reports • Collaborate with key departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and resource allocation • Assist in driving capital planning and tracking expenditures to align with business growth objectives • Conduct ad hoc analysis to assess the financial impact of business decisions, cost-saving initiatives, and new opportunities • Support the development and refinement of key KPIs and financial metrics to monitor business performance • Help streamline financial processes and reporting systems as the company scales

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role • Familiarity with financial systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools or the ability to learn these systems quickly • Exceptional Excel skills, with experience building detailed financial models and conducting scenario analysis • Proven ability to support senior leadership by delivering actionable financial insights • Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and accounting principles • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment
