Description

• Providing customer support to clients. • Supporting implementation teams. • Supporting development in configuration, testing, and documentation. • Data and trend analyses • Design and Configure Budget Formulation and Management (BFM), Sherpa Reporting and Sherpa Publishing solutions • Create documentation for BFM and Sherpa Reporting and Sherpa publishing including Word, PowerPoint and Video training • BFM testing • Report testing • Publishing testing • Provide support to Sherpa implementation consultants • Provide pre-sales support and provide proposal support • Provide client training • Self-study of required technologies to gain required competence, not limited to BFM, Business Objects, PADS (publishing software) and SQL • Track hours and activities to allow for appropriate reporting • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word and Excel. • Strong writing • Project management experience or certification • Ability to work independently and remotely • Unwavering commitment to clients and team members • Experience with managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Public sector budgeting or accounting experience • Worked with public sector budgeting software • Understand databases and data models • Experience with report configuration and software • Experience managing people
