Description

• Report to the SVP of Portfolio Strategy Consulting and develop innovative business and real estate studies • Lead and manage complex business, real estate and analytical projects • Identify potential transaction opportunities and create business cases for change • Synthesize complex business and real estate problems into solutions • Develop presentations and exhibit strong analytical problem-solving skills • Have expertise in financial modeling and market analytics

Requirements

• MBA or M.S. in Real Estate is preferred • Ability to lead studies in business intelligence platforms (Ex. PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik) • Experience and/or familiarity with IWMS and CAFM systems • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment • Prone to big picture thinking, strategic decisions which are well thought out and analyzed • Experience in real estate mandatory and/or management consulting practice preferred • Training or experience in location, economic and/or site selection methodology preferred
