• Enjoy what you do and have a passion for sharing knowledge! • Ability to engage in customer settings and discern client business needs • Desire to work in a team environment and ability to work across organization functional boundaries • Ability to make decisions and manage time effectively to a delivery plan/schedule • Good organizational skills with demonstrated ability to organize teams toward a common objective • Ability to take ownership of delivery assignments and work independently (or in a team) to accomplish joint goals • Expertise with Microsoft Endpoint Manager requirements analysis, implementation, and configuration • Microsoft Config Manager Setup and Configuration Experience • Microsoft Intune Setup and Configuration Experience including full Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM) and AutoPilot • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint requirements analysis, implementation, and configuration • Working knowledge of how to resolve issues with non-compliant Windows and Mobile devices • Working knowledge of Endpoint Malware analysis, detection, and resolution steps • Understanding of Conditional Access Policies and integration with Intune • Azure Active Directory, AD Connect & ADFS • Functional knowledge PowerShell and Azure Automation • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
