Description
• Support multiple project implementation efforts and projects of high complexity. • Create project management-related strategies and action plans. • Support Project Management Backlog & Planning meetings. • Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), plans of actions and milestones (POAM), and integrated master schedules (IMS). • Manage projects of high complexity and direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints. • Identify strategies for automating and implementing efficient work management processes. • Create project status briefings and reports. • Develop project artifacts including charters, agendas, minutes, and correspondence. • Coordinate tasks across teams to review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements. • Schedule, prepare meeting materials, and facilitate meetings and workshop sessions with stakeholders. • Read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives and apply those to required activities. • Identify risks to project progress and develop risk mitigation strategies. • Identify issues and develop issues resolution/escalation strategies. • Participate in program management working sessions and support program managers in executing day-to-day project management activities.
Requirements
• BA/BS with 3-4 years of relevant experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance • Ability to work remotely
