• The challenge of protecting users from bad actors while ensuring a seamless sign up and authentication experience. • Joining a dedicated team focused on optimizing authentication and sign-up experience for users. • End to end ownership of the customer authentication and sign-up experience for Eventbrite creators and attendees. • Setting a compelling long-term vision for identity services with data-driven product decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management with overall 8+ years of experience. • Strong knowledge of best practices in multifactor, adaptive, passwordless authentication, identity proofing and verification, and account-related threat detection and mitigation. • Consistent track record of bringing strong product thinking to internal solutions and infrastructure. • Exceptional communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven approach. • Strong prioritization and focus, including comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information. • Ability to influence team members across all departments and levels. • Ability to rapidly understand user needs, respond to tight deadlines, and deliver solutions. • Expert knowledge of modern web application design, development, security, monitoring, analysis, SDLC, and CI/CD tools. • Strong experience with data structures, analytics, and AI/ML models.
