• Work closely with the EVP of Product to define the product strategy and vision and lead key initiatives • Define high-level product concepts, features and releases, maintain and prioritize the product backlog • Own specific roadmap items and work closely with different teams and stakeholders to set and hit goals on time • Analyze and identify outcomes of your owned projects • Discover new opportunities and find out how our products can tap into them • Train the next generation • Engage your coaching and mentoring skills when guiding junior team members and introducing new methodologies • Communicate the strategy, vision and roadmap to the organization and your affiliated teams • Learn quickly

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of proven track record as a Product Manager in a fast-growing online consumer business • Good instincts and fast decision-making, along with an analytic mind for data • The ability to work at a high iteration speed together with your team • Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English • You are conceptually-strong but also not afraid to be hands-on
