Description

• We’re looking for an analytically-minded, passionate, and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to join our growing team under the Loopio for Salesforce product line. • Loopio envisions a world where Response Management is indispensable for every sales team, and as a Senior Product Manager, you’ll have a chance to make a huge impact on bringing that vision to life within the Loopio platform. • This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive team where you can leverage your 5+ years of practice experience to help us create an industry-leading B2B software by creating and driving strong technical leadership and product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in product management, shipping successful products in the Enterprise space. Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is a nice to have. • 3+ years working in a lean and agile product development environment; you can validate concepts and bring features to market quickly, and iterate intelligently based on customer feedback. • Experience with successfully delivering and managing Salesforce products. • Experience with building integrations involving Salesforce, and third-party applications. • Salesforce Administrator Certification (nice to have) • Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications in SaaS products is preferred. • Experience with design thinking and user-centric design; you know how to take an empathetic approach to learn about your customers' goals and pain points and discover new product opportunities. • Eyes on the road ahead; you're a strategic thinker with the ability to align short-term objectives against a long-term roadmap • An engaging speaker and a persuasive writer; you can communicate complex ideas with simplicity, and can rally people behind your vision. • Solid technical understanding and experience in software development; you don't write code, but you are comfortable discussing technical product details with engineers and you know the right questions to ask. • An obsession with learning; you’ve read the books, taken courses, and are hungry for the latest research about what it takes to develop and maintain a world-class B2B SaaS platform.
