📋 Description

• Lead Compliance and Reporting efforts for global tax accounting and reporting process • Prepare and review tax-related financial statements and disclosures • Manage audits and inquiries from tax authorities • Collaborate across teams to manage financial forecasts and close processes • Monitor tax law developments and communicate effects to management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ASC 740 tax accounting and reporting • Mix of in-house experience and public accounting experience with the Big Four firms required • Experienced in managing outside tax vendors on various projects • Self-starter and problem solver with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment • Ability to cultivate effective relationships and work cross-functionally with strong planning, process management, and organizational skills • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas • Possess a personal drive and desire to go above and beyond to solve business problems and implement process improvements
